Terms & Conditions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

1. This t-shirt design competition is promoted by Wild Thring Media, company number 07916253, with our registered office at The Old Forge, Stroud Road, Bisley, Stroud, Gloucestershire, GL6 7BQ (Wild Thring Media, we, us, our\u2019). This t-shirt design competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.<\/span><\/p>

2. Entry to the t-shirt design competition will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (\u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

3. Entry to the design competition is free; no purchase necessary.<\/span><\/p>

4. The t-shirt design competition is open to anyone worldwide. Employees of Wild Thring Media or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfillment of the t-shirt design competition, are not eligible to take part.<\/span><\/p>

5. To enter, you must submit a t-shirt design to us using the submission form and follow the instructions. No other method of entry will be accepted.<\/span><\/p>

6. You may only make a maximum of one entry per person.<\/span><\/p>

7. Designs created using artificial intelligence are not permitted.<\/span><\/p>

8. Two winners will be chosen by a professional group of selectors from Wild Thring Media and Teemill. The third winner will be chosen by a \u2018people\u2019s choice\u2019 through voting on social media platforms, after 4 runners-up are chosen by the group of selectors from Wild Thring Media and Teemill. The winners will be notified by email. If a winner refuses or is non-contactable after 48 hours, Wild Thring Media reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.<\/span><\/p>

9. The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The winning designs will be printed on shirts sold on the Lion Whisperer Store, and the designer will receive a t-shirt with their design and a Lion Whisperer cap, signed by Kevin Richardson.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

10. In the event that, for reasons beyond Wild Thring Media\u2019s reasonable control and not related to the winner, Wild Thring Media is unable to award the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, Wild Thring Media reserves the right to make this prize unavailable.<\/span><\/p>

11. The provision of the prize does not imply endorsement by Wild Thring Media of any third-party supplier of the prize or any third parties concerned in any way with the t-shirt design competition.<\/span><\/p>

12. By taking part in the competition, you hereby consent to dialogue with Wild Thring Media by email to ascertain whether you would prefer to remain anonymous or if you are happy for your name to appear in future materials.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

13. You hereby represent and warrant that any use of your name or other related materials by or on behalf of Wild Thring Media, comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and does not infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.<\/span><\/p>

14. By entering, you agree that Wild Thring Media may use your personal data for the purposes of administering the t-shirt design competition. Your personal data will be held in accordance with Wild Thring Media\u2019s <\/span>Privacy Policy<\/u><\/span><\/a> in place.<\/span><\/p>

15. All Wild Thring Media decisions in relation to the t-shirt design competition are final in all matters, and Wild Thring Media will not enter into any correspondence with participants other than the t-shirt design competition winners who submitted the entry.<\/span><\/p>

16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the t-shirt design competition or these Terms and Conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

17. By submitting an entry, you consent to be contacted by Wild Thring Media regarding matters relating to this competition.<\/span><\/p>

18. By submitting an entry, you allow Wild Thring Media to use it in their communications.<\/span><\/p>

19. By sending in your artwork, you agree to release all rights to your design to Wild Thring Media.<\/span><\/p>

20. All design submissions must be original works created solely by the entrant. The use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including but not limited to AI-generated images, illustrations, or design elements, is strictly prohibited. Entrants must not submit designs that have been wholly or partially created using AI software such as MidJourney, DALL\u00b7E, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools. By submitting a design, entrants confirm that they are the sole creators of the work and that it does not incorporate AI-generated content.
